Corporate Fun
For groups that require a fun day out, adrenalin activities, year-end functions, customer entertainment and other such events, we provide a selection of fun activities and games for the group's enjoyment where the emphasis is on fun and bonding the group, without any serious emphasis on team building.

Informal Team Build
For groups that wish to achieve a level of teamwork, keeping it light-hearted and fun - you require an outcomes-based team build where issues such as communication, trust, motivation, initiative, teamwork and more, can be programmed into the activities to highlight existing or potential problem areas and work towards resolving these. The fun theme is retained whilst maintaining the serious element throughout. This requires a well briefed team with full group participation by way of honest self analysis, and open minds for acceptance of change where change may be necessary.

Formal Team Build
There are groups that require an intervention where an industrial psychologist needs to work with the group, first at the workplace and conduct interviews with relevant players to identify the problems, and thereafter design a program to work through issues and achieve the desired outcomes. The second part of this is best done away from the workplace. Our team works alongside our psychologists to design the activities based program aimed at revealing behavioural patterns within the group and this together with classroom sessions offer very productive and positive results. A follow up session, a short time after the intervention, is always recommended.
