Catering - Cape Town Events Management

We offer on site catering at our conference and adventure centre, including spit roasts, traditional braais and potjiekos meals, and from our kitchen, our competent chef prepares a delicious range of menus to suit all tastes.

Menus range from local traditional dishes, grills, seafood or just good ole pub grub, as well as picnic style fare for outdoor dining. We cater for many corporate events, business lunches and dinners, mid and year-end functions, team building events, weddings, social private functions and kiddies parties, both at our adventure centre or at a venue of your choice. Full event management goes hand in hand with the catering so you will be ensured of a professional and well organised function.

We offer outdoor catering services and a full bush camp service, where we will set up a camp at a suitable venue, and handle all catering for the duration of your event.

Our mobile catering trailer is well known at the local festivals, adventure races and outdoor events, and with a full restaurant grill on board, we prepare mouth watering burgers, "boerie" rolls and much more, making it a popular choice for any venue where catering may be challenging.

Bush banquets are very popular and here we specialize in transforming the marquee or Bedouin style tent into a luxurious dining room in magnificent surroundings. Full silver service or a standard level of catering can be provided as per the request of the group.

Picnic in a Basket is another popular choice for catering. Baskets Picnics can be prepared from for a minimum of 2 people if you want to take a picnic for the day, or for much larger groups for corporate and social events.

Our venue is neighbouring the Paul Cluver Amphitheatre where summer concerts are held (Dec to Mar). Contact us for one of our delicious picnics to take along with you. Here is a slice of what we offer:

Sparkling wine can be supplied at extra cost.

Please Note:

All baskets are accompanied by mineral water.
The Sundowner and Country Spread are accompanied by a bottle of Forest White or Forest Red Slowine per 2 people. For single basket orders a surcharge of R25 will apply for bottle of wine to be included.
Wine and beverages can be selected from our wine list as an optional extra for the Executive Picnic Menu. Refundable deposit required for wicker basket
The Breakfast Basket is accompanied by orange juice in place of bottled water, with sparkling wine as an optional extra.
